Reesa Donnelly, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist who loves working with children and families. She specializes in working with children with emotional difficulties, trauma, and disruptive behaviors using Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).

“Dr. Reesa” earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She completed her internship residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX.  She completed four years of postdoctoral training with PCIT founder, Dr. Sheila Eyberg, in the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology at the University of Florida. She formerly served as an ad-hoc board member of the PCIT Int’l Board of Directors and as the chair of the PCIT Int’l Continuing Education Committee. She currently serves on the PCIT Int’l Policy and Advocacy Task Force.

Dr. Reesa has over 16 years of experience as a therapist and over 13 years as a PCIT therapist and trainer. More importantly, she is the proud mother of 2 children and appreciates the challenges and joys of parenthood.
